Job Responsibility

Support our positive patient-centered culture through increased efficiency and effectiveness and improving overall business processes and outcomes.
Supervise and be actively involved in the day-to-day operations and systems of the practice.
Analyze monthly office performance. Track and report key performance indicators for the team and the doctors.
Develop and course correct strategies for the practice to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
Partner with owners to create goals for the practice based on statistic projections and opportunity for growth.
Lead with strategic initiatives leveraging the human capital and update or create office protocols and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.
Responsible for talent acquisition, on-boarding, retention, managing and coaching of new team members.
Responsible for human resource processes for the practice, ensuring HR compliance with all laws and regulations.
Complete employee growth and development plans and yearly performance reviews. Mentor and coach each team member giving open, building, and honest feedback.
Plan and execute staff team meetings.
Participate in developing a marketing plan to grow the patient base, including internal marketing to increase direct patient referrals.
Work within the company budget guidelines to maintain/improve profit margins.
Accountable for maintaining a collections level above 98% of adjusted production.
Identify opportunities to grow the practice through providers/staff, capacity, or added services.
Responsible for payroll and compensation management including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
Responsible for tracking and updating the employees’ total rewards package including incentives for all team members.
Responsible for overseeing building maintenance matters to ensure the proper function of the facility and avoid disruption of services.
Attends continuing education and ongoing training.
Completes other projects as assigned.
Extensive knowledge of Dental terminology
Experience Required:Minimum o 5 years of Dental Management and operation experienceBA in business and HR experience is ideal.Eaglesoft experience a plusQualified candidates with dental experience please apply
