State of Art dental office in downtown Novato looking for an “Experienced “ , " Experienced " , "Experienced" full time dental insurance / Treatment Plan coordinator / office manager with a great salary base PLUS Bonuce.

Our candiate should have these essential characteristics:

1- Excellent communication skills, poise, professional appearance, and a special ability to “get a kick” out of having patients accept treatment without being pushy.

Organized, systematic, and with good follow-through.

2-Knowledge of the dental insurance codes

(CDA Codes) both for PPO and HMO (Delta Care), to help patients use and understand their benefits.

3- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the positive effect good dentistry has on the patient.
