Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a smile, courteous and professional manner
- Register patients by all required forms filled out
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar for an ideal day
- Answer phone calls with a smile, respond to inquiries
- Collect co-pays, process payments and send claims
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area

Skills:
- Experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems MAC Practice
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

-Knowledge of dental billing procedures and insurance claim processing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional patient service

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
