Rare opportunity available for a Front Desk Coordinator in a brand new, beautiful dental facility. Conveniently located in Brookhaven, this dental practice is looking for a new Team Member to join the Front Desk.
Candidate must possess Customer Service skills and willing to discuss finances with patients. Ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to document well and accurately. Candidate should be self-motivated, timely and maintain a positive outlook. Effective communication and team work is key with the ability to multi-task.
Tasks may include, but are not limited to: scheduling/moving appointments, check in/out of patients, phone calls incoming and outgoing, financial transactions, checking insurance eligibility, sending records, monitoring Outlook email, use of dental software, etc.
Job Type: Full-Time (Approximately 36 hours/week)

Ability to Commute/Relocate: Located in Brookhaven, GA 30329 (); must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting employment (required)
Education: High school or equivalent (required)
Experience: 3-5 years of dental required. Customer Service, Front Desk Dental, Technology, Microsoft Outlook/Word, Phone Calls, Scheduling. Dentrix experience is preferred.
