New privately owned dental practice in the Waterford area seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our awesome team. The right candidate will be out going, willing to learn, and be able to provide outstanding customer service on the phone. Dental Experience is Preferred and Spanish is a plus. The position is available NOW!
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, especially proficiency in Spanish
- Experience in a dental office setting is beneficial
Requirements:
- Strong command of the English language
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in computer systems
- Ability to analyze information and provide solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
