```Duties```

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Verify insurance information and process patient payments
- Maintain electronic medical records using systems such as Open Dental
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following skills:

- Experience in medical scheduling and patient service
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and dental terminology
- Previous experience working as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting

*** at lease 2 years of experience as a front desk at dental office is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Danbury, CT 06810: Relocate before starting work (Required)
