Mon-Thurs 7-4, possible every other Fridays.

Job duties will include but not be limited to; appointment scheduling, recall, insurance verification and submission, treatment planning, case presentation, invoicing, monthly reporting, business analysis and development, oversee revenue generation and expense control. Staff hiring, training and supervision as needed. Ongoing development and implementation of operational systems. Softwares used in practice include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Dentrix, Dexis, Local Med, Dental Intel, Docusign. 5 totaly employees with longest tenure at 5 years.
