Professional office is seeking an experienced Full Time Bookkeeper to perform a variety of bookkeeping, and financial tasks.

We have been in business and growing for over 35years so the position is stable

Current bookkeeper has been here 10 years so we are up to date

• You MUST have 5 years as FULL TIME bookkeeper. NOT HR, NOT Office manager
• MUST have good current references

Responsibilities

• QuickBooks desk top or enterprise
• payroll administration
• preparing financial reports
• reconciling bank statements.
• A/R & A/P
• report to general manager and accountant

Assistant available

A successful Bookkeeper will ensure that the company's daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.
