```Duties```

-Must know Dentrix and be able to do treatment plan and patient scheduling.

-Spanish is a plus.
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary payments
- Maintain patient records and update medical information in the system (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic)
- Dental scheduling and coordinate appointments for patients
- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed

-Be Reliable and on time.
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental or dental records systems ( Dentrix)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of basic office software

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
