```Job Summary```
We are a multispecialty practice located in Burlington MA seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Your primary focus will be on diagnosing, treating, and preventing various dental conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dentistry and possess excellent communication skills to be able to treatment plan and explain the reasoning for your suggestions.

```Duties```
- Perform dental examinations and assessments to determine oral health conditions along side our hygienist
- Administer appropriate dental treatments and procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, restore implants and cleanings
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide preventive care instructions
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical documentation systems
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses as required
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

```Qualifications```
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license and Malpractice in good standing
- Proven experience as a Dentist, preferably in a dental office or clinic setting
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in medical terminology, coding, and documentation
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or other dental practice management software is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
