Dr. Matt Haluch is seeking ambitious 2024 graduates/residents for Baystate Dental in and around Springfield, MA.
Aspiring dentist will be part of our mentorship program which has increased earning potential for our new providers while also increasing retention.
We are seeking someone willing to learn, grow and ready to start their dental career head on!
All providers will have the ability to receive production bonuses from day one along with the comfort of a minimum daily guarantee as you build your skills.
In addition to mentorship and strong compensation, all full time providers receive health, vision & dental coverage, paid malpractice insurance along with CE reimbursements.
