We have an opportunity to hire an Automotive Wheel Prepper in support of our growing business in the Raleigh, NC area. Working as a Wheel Prepper, you will be involved in learning how we prepare wheels for different phases of production, ensuring quality requirements are fulfilled, and contributing to overall team efficiency.

In this role you will have a variety of duties and opportunities to learn the Dent Wizard Auto Body restoration business.

Some activities include Inspection, Cleaning and Preparation, Repair and Restoration, and Reassembly.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive manufacturing or a similar industry preferred.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Physical Job Requirements

• Work outside in the elements.
• Ability to stand for long hours during the hours.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks; proficiency with hand and power tools
• Be able to twist and turn your body into awkward positions and be capable of simple and fine hand manipulations.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Base Pay Range : $16.

00 - $18.00 per hour. We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including : paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
