Licensed Clinical Therapist
Position Summary
The Licensed Clinical Therapist provides diagnostic assessments and treatment to individuals with mental and/or emotional health concerns. This position offers counseling to individuals and groups with an emphasis on prevention, helping individuals deal with a broad range of mental health issues. A Clinical Therapist may perform intake assessments, service planning, referrals, and crisis intervention. Additionally, this position provides on-going therapy to individuals, families, groups,
and couples as assigned.
- Collaborates with the patient and their natural supports to develop and implement an

- Provides clinically appropriate psychotherapy services in accordance with applicable
- Serves as the point of contact for coordination and communication with other systems
- Assists in screening and coordinating integrated services for patients
- Provides clinical oversight to ensure provision of all covered services identified on the
applicable) between inpatient and outpatient settings, services and supports as needed
- Continuously evaluates the effectiveness of treatment through the ongoing assessment
plan, as necessary
- Ensures coordination of care with referrals as needed prior to discontinuation of services
- Maintains a thorough and comprehensive patient record
- Participates in individual & group supervision that meets standards set by the
- Utilizes evidence-based treatments and symptom-based assessments throughout the
- Requires a master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work with a
- Strong people skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Proficient in diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of mental and behavioral health disorders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including attention to detail, ability to multitask, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills
- Able to obtain Arizona fingerprint clearance card, CPR/First Aid certification, & negative tuberculosis (TB) test
- Competent in the prevention of violent or harmful behavior to the patient and/or others
- Act as the primary provider of individual, couples, family, and/or group therapies to our
- Up to date with technical advancements in office gadgets and applications (i.e phone, computer,
- Proficient in Microsoft office products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel,
