JOB SUMMARY:

As a Restaurant Manager you will help provide leadership to your employees in all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. Excellent Customer Service, good at building teams and creating a great restaurant experience for the guest. The position may supervise up to 30 employees with direct responsibility for all operations during.

SKILLS NEEDED :

Overall knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent customer service, ability to lead and supervise staff, good communication skills, good people skills, cooking skills a plus.
