We are seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, assist with inquiries, and promote products and services. Must have trucking industry background as well as knowledge of Excel and Word. Familiarity with PeopleNet TruckMate and other industry software appreciated.
**Duties:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
**Skills:**
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong basic math skills
- Basic knowledge of FMCSA Hours of Service
