Our Facility Protection Representative will maintain a safe and secure environment for our customers, vendors and employees by controlling access to Denio’s property, patrolling and monitoring the premises.

• Assurance of providing exceptional customer service through knowledgeable, quick, courteous and friendly guest relations.
• Knows and enforces all of Denio’s policies/procedures.
• Ability to educate guests, vendors, employees regarding Denio’s policies/procedures.
• Ability to work with and/or without supervision.
• Responds to calls for assistance quickly and appropriately.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Maintains control/composure when responding to unruly individuals or escalated situations; ability to mediate. 
• Effective reporting and documentation of employee, vendor or customer incidents.
• Proper monitoring and protection of Denio’s assets: facility, equipment, product, cash, fellow associates, vendors and customers.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays – days only)

• Position requires driving, reaching, bending, lifting, and/or carrying, stair climbing, walking, standing and sitting.
• This position may require running and/or moving at a very fast pace and/or sudden stops.
• Position may require twisting or stooping.
• Position requires a tolerance for variable weather conditions.
• Position requires reading and writing, hearing and speaking English clearly.
• Position requires the ability to operate motorized and mechanized equipment and therefore visual ability is required in daylight, night light and twilight.
