Position Summary:
Directs all administrative, finance, operations, and service activities of the Intensive School and Community-Based Services (ISCBS) department. Works closely with the President/CEO, Leadership Team, Client Services Committee, and program supervisors to ensure program activities are coordinated with the entire DFS service continuum and consistent with the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic plan. Aligns staff with the appropriate roles and responsibilities necessary to accomplish established goals and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the program.
This position is responsible for observing policies, procedures, and safeguards to protect the privacy of health information in compliance with the HIPAA Privacy (Privacy Rule).

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, human services, psychology, or a closely related field and four (4) years professional experience in family and children's services that included working with people identified with developmental disabilities and/or as severely emotionally disturbed. Three (3) years of experience must have supervisory responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
A master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, human services, psychology, or a closely related field.

This position can be located at either Denali Family Services' Anchorage or Wasilla offices.
Other Requirements:
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, continual proof of a valid Alaska Driver's License, maintain current personal vehicle insurance and registration on personal vehicle(s) used for company business, maintain a satisfactory driving record, and maintain satisfactory criminal background record. Must be at least 21 years of age due to state licensing requirements.
