As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and fostering relationships with existing clients in the greater Central and Norther New Jersey area. With a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth, you will represent Dempsey in a professional manner, driving sales and exceeding targets.

Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Residency in or close proximity to the vibrant Washington D.C., Alexandria, VA, or Baltimore, MD areas.
