```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our service department
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Recommend appropriate services based on customer needs and vehicle requirements
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's daily workflow
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs
- Process payment transactions and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service or related field is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for scheduling appointments and maintaining records

Skills:
- Brake repair knowledge
- Alignment and suspension knowledge
- Tire service experience
- Automotive sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with automotive service technician duties
