Overview: The Battleground State Direct Paid Voter Contact Director will be the primary points of contact for all paid direct voter contact vendors. They will work closely with the National Battleground Team leadership and state leadership to coordinate paid canvasses, phones, and relational. We are looking for folks with a variety of backgrounds and experience and are dedicated to building a team that looks like America. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage the request for proposal process for paid phones and canvass ● Work with vendors to create ramps, predict capacity, and shift resources as priorities change ● Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboard and integrating reporting ● Coordinate with Data to ensure data flow between HQ, states, and vendor is timely ● Coordinate with Operations to ensure vendors have all necessary materials and scripts ● Responsible for visiting and inspecting paid canvass offices and operations Preferred Skills & Qualifications: ● Deep knowledge of paid canvass and paid phones ● 2 cycles of experience field organizing ● Expertise in the logistical processes of canvass and phones ● Knowledge of and experience with FEC regulations ● Multi-state management experience is necessary The starting salary for this position is $120,000 on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position that may require work on weekends and up to 50% travel required. This is an exempt position.
