POSITION SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Operator supports the growth and development of PGC through performing both machining and finishing procedures in the custom manufacturing process to produce quality parts on time, through cross-training, demonstrating quality at the source, practicing continuous improvement, working safely, and providing the information requested for root-cause analysis while supporting a no-blame culture of trust and continuous learning.
