Accountabilities:

  • Overall responsibility for a subset of restaurants and District Managers in the market
  • Ensure a happy and productive workplace where everyone values our mission and objectives by promoting our organization values and shaping a positive culture every day
  • Responsible for supporting the senior management team in all aspects of program growth
  • Ensures results are achieved by analyzing and reporting QSR metrics on a regular basis
  • Supports positive Guest Satisfaction through close interaction with restaurant leadership teams, ensuring that tools are used, and action plans are followed to deliver a best-in-class experience in all areas of guest interactions, including order accuracy, food quality and friendliness
  • Responsible for protecting brand standards in areas such as food safety, restaurant cleanliness, repair and maintenance
  • Lead, supervise and develop market Restaurant Managers and District Managers throughout the assigned network
  • Provides clear direction and structure for operating units by translating business strategy into day-to-day execution of brand standards.
  • Accountable for recruiting, hiring, coaching, developing and assessing the operations team.
  • Accountable for driving sales and profitability in every store within the assigned territory

REQUIREMENTS

  • Successful previous experience in QSR Management and Multi Unit experience
  • Previous Drive-thru/customer service experience
  • Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality.
  • Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments.
  • Meet safety and sanitation standards.
  • Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Strong leadership and organization skills
  • Fluent in English
