As we continue to grow as an organization, so does our need for a creative means to speak to our customers. We are currently expanding our Marketing team to include a Merchandiser who can help create experiences within the minds of our customers.

As a Merchandiser you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product management, to develop and execute effective online and print merchandising strategies
• Curate and manage the presentation of products for both digital and print, ensuring optimal placement, storytelling, visual appeal, and user-friendliness
• Manage product categorization to enable efficient and accurate product discovery for customers
• Coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and seasonal changes by updating banners, promotional sections, and related content
• Partner with cross functional teams to drive efficiencies and continuously improve the customer experience
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to propose innovative ideas for enhancing the online/ print shopping experience

To be qualified, you will have:

• A bachelor's in marketing, business, or related field
• At least 5 years professional experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or merchandising
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw actionable insights from web metrics
• Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in enhancing online visibility
• A creative mindset with an eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• A high level of detail-orientation, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS office products
