The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $53,000-$113,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Program Leaders & Workstream Leads to align Dematic's Transformation Programs with overall business strategy, ensuring synergy with organizational goals.

  • Leadership in Project Planning: Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, monitoring status, performance, and ensuring milestone attainment with a proactive approach.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive the operating rhythm and cadence with program sponsors & workstream leads, creating a seamless execution process. Use/support Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement methodology to drive process improvements.

  • Initiative Prioritization: Lead the prioritization of initiatives based on deep business insights, aligning with strategic needs, and ensuring alignment with documented milestones.

  • Advanced Analytics: Utilize data-driven forecasting models, track KPIs meticulously, and create and manage insightful dashboards, supporting key business decisions.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate insights, strategic vision, and go-forward plans to cross-functional stakeholders, including C-level leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.

  • Knowledge Management: Document and share best practices & lessons learned, cultivating a continuous learning environment. Learn and Utilize Lean Six Sigma Methodologies.

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Business or related field preferred.

  • 3 years of experience with a proven record of high achievement in leading & driving significant initiatives or change programs. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a sophisticated understanding of business process evaluation.

  • Ability to synthesize complex problems and develop innovative solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Proven leadership in planning, organizing, and managing teams, with the ability to build coalitions and foster collaboration across various functions.

  • Experience leading project tracking software and tools; expertise using the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint & Excel).

  • Lean Six Sigma certification and experience a plus. Be willing to be LSS trained, lead business improvement project(s), and obtain greenbelt certification.
