Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping to drive our firm's visibility and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Create and manage content for the firm's website, blog, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
• Coordinate and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop informative and engaging content that highlights our services and successes.
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Manage relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing services.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, and content management systems (CMS).
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
