DeMao Retail Consultants LLC is seeking an Administrator to join our team focused in commercial real estate. If you're a creative problem-solver with a passion for project management, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll be a key position to aid us with client connections and build long-lasting relationships. This is a full or part-time position.

As an Administrator, you'll have the chance to work closely with our brokerage team and gain valuable insights into the commercial real estate industry. You'll learn about tenant representation leasing, and development, along with an understanding of regional markets and the commercial real estate industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage email correspondence for executives, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls, utilizing calendar management and virtual meeting software.
  • Assist in managing company websites for current real estate listings, social media platforms.
  • Input leads in CRM.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for client records, property listings, and other documents, both in physical and digital formats.
  • Perform financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring, working closely with the accounting professionals.
  • Provide administrative support for leasing, acquisition, and development projects, including coordinating inspections and deadlines.
  • Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and assembling hard copy materials, to showcase properties and markets to clients.
  • Conduct research on market trends, values, and trade-area demographics to support decision-marking processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate communication and workflow within the brokerage, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Maintains customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Adobe is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry is preferred.
  • Experience managing websites or online platforms is a plus.
  • Indiana Real Estate Broker's license, or willingness to obtain, is a plus.
