We are seeking an experienced Projects Coordinator to join our team. If you possess the following experience and abilities, then we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Creating Contracts
• Setting Up Work in Key 2 Act
• Writing Purchase Orders
• Customer Introductory Emails
• Update and Maintain Projects Schedule
• Handling COIs and W9s
• Projects Billing and Follow Up For Payment

Requirements:

• Microsoft Suite
• Google Sheet Docs
• Well Organized / Detail Oriented
• AIA Billing Experience
• Prevailing Wage Billing
• High Level Communication Skills
• Data Entry
• Comfortable with Construction / Mechanical Atmosphere
• Sales Force experience is a plus but not required.
• Notary Public is a plus but not required.

Other Details:

• Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm with 1 hour lunch time TBD
• Salary Determined on Experience $55k - $65K.
