About Deluxx Fluxx: Deluxx Fluxx is a vibrant nightclub known for its eclectic dance floors, unique black light room, arcade room, and exclusive VIP areas. We are dedicated to providing a clean, fun, and safe environment for our guests to enjoy their night out.

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Server Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the nightclub during operational hours. The ideal candidate will be highly active, attentive, and capable of working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Bussing Glassware and Plasticware:

• Routinely patrol all areas of the nightclub, including the dance floor, black light room, arcade room, VIP area, green room, and restrooms.
• Collect and clear unused plastic cups and glassware.
• Wipe down all cleared surfaces with a damp bar rag.
• Efficiently use a bucket or bus tub for collection to maximize floor presence.
• Ensure all waste is properly disposed of and glassware is placed on top of the glasswasher behind the bar.

Floor Maintenance:

• Maintain clean, non-sticky floors throughout the nightclub.
• Quickly address and clean up any spills with a supermop to prevent sticky residues and safety hazards.
• Regularly check for and clean up any wet or sticky spots between bussing tasks.
• Handle broken glass incidents safely by securing the area and promptly cleaning up.

Restroom Maintenance:

• Perform regular checks and cleaning of restrooms throughout the night.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper.
• Keep countertops and floors clean and sanitary.
• Address any clogged toilets immediately with appropriate tools.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or nightclub environment is preferred.
• Ability to stay active and on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to go up and down stairs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
