Our client is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the Communicable Disease Clinic
HOURS
* Long-term Independent Contract, 25 hours a week
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide nusring service in support of the Clinic mission to identify, treat and prevent the spread of communicable diseases.
* Perform physical exams, identify suspected disease
* Interview clients for medical history
*Perform Tests
*Manage health problems by counseling, admminister immunizations and medication as needed
*Collaborate with healthcare team and refer to outside healthcare agencies as needed
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* BA in Nursing
* Graduate of nurse practitioner training course
* Current License as Registerd Professional nurse in CT
* Able to pass FBI and criminal background check
