Delta Medical provides customized wheelchairs and adaptive seating systems for individuals who have been diagnosed as having a permanent or long-term loss of mobility due to trauma, physical abnormality, structural defect or disease.

Our mission is to provide our clients with the right equipment and the best care to meet the long-term therapeutic needs prescribed by their physician and/or therapist.

Qualifications:

This position is full time and requires someone who is dedicated and punctual. Professionals coordinate with the administrative staff to ensure timely fitting, order, receipt, assembly, delivery of seating and mobility positioning systems. Qualifying candidates must display technical and mechanical skills. Previous ATP experience is a must.

Qualifications

Physical:

• In an average 8 hour day the employee lifts/carries up to 35 pounds frequently.
• Must be clean & neat in personal appearance.

Education:

• High school diploma.
• 2 year rehab experience or approved training
• ATP

Experience/Knowledge/Personality:

• Able to function as a polite and cooperative team member with a positive attitude.
• Good computer skills preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• People sensitive characteristics with a desire to help others.

Responsibilities

and Duties:

• Responsible to set-up appointments for fittings, delivery, etc. in conjunction with customer service staff.
• Responsible to do fittings and complete all appropriate paperwork.

• Responsible to obtain all required authorizations, verifications, and waivers for proper payment, through appropriate staff per policy and procedure.

• Responsible to place order for wheelchair and accessories through materials department.

• Responsible to deliver equipment or make arrangements for delivery and verify fit, equipment function and performance, with complete and accurate documentation.

• Responsible for knowledge of third party reimbursement issues and documentation requirements.
• Responsible for safe operation and routine care of company vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
