- March 1 & 29 plus 2-4 shifts per month ongoing
- Mon-Fri, 7a-3p
- No call
- Ongoing PRN need
- ASC-Pain setting
- 10-14 patients per day
- EMR: Paper
- Anesthesiology & MDA or CRNA needed
- A Malpractice Insurance covered
- Full travel accommodations provided
- Weekly direct deposit and online work logs
