We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Paycom, technical accounting, HRIS systems, and account reconciliation.
```Responsibilities```
- Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
- Calculate and process employee benefits, deductions, and taxes
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee information in HRIS system
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with general ledger reconciliation related to payroll transactions
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
- Proficient in using Paycom or other payroll software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of tax laws related to payroll processing
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
