You will be responsible for assisting clients of Delta Homecare in their homes.

These job duties may include :

Driving / escorting them to doctor's appointments or to the grocery store.

Other required duties are based on the Plan of Care for each individual client.

Preparing meals

Assisting the patient to the restroom(bathing, dressing, etc)

Light household cleaning for the patient's home

Communicating clearly and effectively with clients and office staff
