Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular assessments of company sections

• Accurately determine and record points on section checklists
• Regularly meet with team members to assess their skills and knowledge
• Quickly act on feedback and apply corrections
• Quickly recognize when sections deviate from standards
• Submit reports for training, policy, and improvement
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Submit statistics on time each week
• Maintain open communication
• Attend all scheduled meetings
• Engage in continuous learning through In-Services, Health Coach Certifications, training, etc.
