Delta Group Electronics is Hiring a Soldering Operator- Electronics Near Rockledge, FL
We are searching for an experienced Soldering Operator- Electronics at our Rockledge facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
US Citizenship required
We do not offer relocation reimbursement
Prepares and solders electronic components onto Printed Circuit Boards (PCB’s) according to
specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Perform moderately complex SMT and thru hole hand component soldering to IPC standards.
- Lead forming of different types of electronic parts using hand tools and automatic equipment for
- Work with leaded and lead- free solder.
- Interpret resistor color codes and capacitors values.
- Proficient understanding of PCB assembly drawings and related documents; ECN’s, assembly
- Utilize electrical and manual tools such as soldering iron, de-soldering equipment, and solder
- Has a proficient understanding of PCB assembly processes, component installation sequence of
- Maintains department specific records.
- Works with minimal supervision.
- Is consistently at work and on time. Must adhere to company specified work schedule.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience
- Must hold current J-STD-001 certification.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to satisfactorily perform the
