Responsible for both automated and manual surface mount manufacturing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Reads moderately complex work orders, follows moderately complex production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Must be able to identify electronic components.
• Responsible for set-up, operation, and adjustment of SMT equipment.
• Monitors and maintains equipment to meet company standards.
• Performs reflow profiling.
• May be responsible for occasional minor SMT repairs.
• Maintains department specific records.
• Works with minimal supervision from the SMT Supervisor.
• Is consistently at work and on time. Must adhere to company specified work schedule.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• The employee may work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually at moderate levels.

Salary will carry and additional $1.00 differential per hour for working the alternate shift of 3:30 p.m.-12:00 a.m. M-F. All applicants must be available to train during 1st shift (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) for up to 3 months before moving to the 2nd shift (3:30 p.m.-12:00 a.m.)

Range is $18-20 per hour based upon experience
