The Director of Operations Strategy and Support is responsible for leading operations that support the success and efficiency of the Delta Dental Contact Center, including vendor management, workforce analytics, quality processes, and strategic initiatives. The Director provides overall guidance to Vendor stakeholders and Operations leaders on all aspects relating to Vendor Management and Quality of Operations and is accountable for developing and leading cross-departmental strategy to execute all Quality, Operations Support and Vendor Management deliverables.
