Position Summary:
The Electrical FCO Lead reports directly to the FCO Supervisor and is responsible to plan, supervise, and perform implementation of FCO for large electrical projects. The incumbent will manage a team of FCO Technicians, ensuring all work is done in accordance with relevant local, state, federal and site specific rules and regulations while maintaining safety standards. The incumbent is responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership to subordinates in order to complete jobs within specific guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations.
