- Number of Staff - 5 PTs, 2 OTs, 1 COTA, 1 SLP
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift -Day shift 8-5 rotate weekends
- Night Shift -
- Patient Ratios - Mostly outpt with help in acute from time to time. Pts are every 45 minutes in outpt so 10 pts a day.
- Type of equipment - nustep, recumbent bike, treadmill, shuttle, etc
- EMR - redoc and meditech
- Outpt and acute physical therapy
- Able to see some pediatrics from time to time
- Eval and treat outpt PT patients
- Eval and treat acute PT pts
- Easy going, friendly, small town, family feel
- PT license, CPR
- Acute , outpt
- Scrub Color/Attire - Olive green tops and black bottoms
- 6 therapist rotate the weekends Saturday and Sunday 8am-12pm
