RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- New service line! Opportunity to create the position and collaborate with the CEO and the primary care team
- 6-8 patients per day - Schedule - Open to 4- 8s, 4-10s, or 5-8s
- Outpatient Behavioral Health Services
- Assisting the primary care team in recognizing, treating, and managing mental health, substance abuse, and psychosocial issues.
- Providing on-the-spot consults to patients and their families.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- LMHC or LIMHP Certifications able to apply
