COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

  • $300,000 Salary for a 1099 contractor or as an hospital-employed position
  • PTO: 13 weeks off a year (sick says and CME days included
  • $12,500 annually for student loan assistance
  • Relocation: Up to $5,000

  • Malpractice is covered by the hospital for employees, partially covered for 1099 contractors
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
  • 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
  • Monday - Friday OR times 7:00 am – 2 pm (normally out by 1:00 pm); no weekends
  • On-call is 1 in 4 weeks with mostly OB deliveries
  • Bread and Butter cases, Pediatric cases are rare; averages 270 deliveries a year, Ortho, Endoscopic procedures
  • Malpractice: Paid for hospital-employed for W-2; partly for 1099 Employee

  • National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
  • New Graduates and Experienced Candidates Welcomed
