Feeling stuck at work? We encourage working a little less to do the things you enjoy. Most of our PTs work between 34-36 hours a week.
Feel like you did when you applied to PT school. Are you tired of being judged on a multitude of meaningless metrics? Productivity, units/visit, evals/week, visits/week… Make a difference with your patients and your neighborhood. We believe in our values so much that we make “Put People First” our #1 goal . At Salmon Bay PT, we focus on one thing, see less patients and focus on the ones you're trying to help. You’re committed to your patients so we can in turn support our local food bank, Recovery cafe, and for fun, Ballard FC (our neighborhood semi-pro soccer team).
We also acknowledge and reward each other monthly based on our values; Be a good neighbor, work together to work better, lifelong learning, do the right thing not the easy thing, and put people first. Oh, and we do a lot of fun things together.
Have you ever been encouraged to work a few hours less a week so you can go out and enjoy a whole afternoon? It’s easy to do here in Seattle, we have outdoor activities as well as amenities that only big cities can offer. The best of both worlds.
We are looking for outgoing, team-oriented, and committed PTs who love being a PT and want to be part of something bigger than themselves. We recognize what we have is special, so we want to make sure this is the best fit possible. We would prefer it if you had a few years of orthopedic experience, but we will not turn away the right person. More than anything, we are looking for future leaders who can appreciate the culture and leadership development we offer and build upon our company’s legacy.
If this speaks to you on any level… we want to meet you. Apply on the bottom of our "Our Team" page.
