Delta Hotels by Marriott Helena Colonial is looking for a part-time Bartender.

Job Duties:

• Greets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
• Communicates Delta Hotel offerings and answers any guest questions in a friendly manner
• Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures
• Connects with guests and anticipates their needs
• Effectively handles each transaction responsibly
• Maintains bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar
• Performs clean-up duties in the workspace to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
• Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers
• Performs other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage management.

Applicants Must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Be able to work standing for 8 hours.
• Be flexible in scheduling with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
