Delta Building Center LLC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Delta, CO

Job Type: Full-time

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The inside sales position primarily processes the customer orders by entering the order into the Company’s software system, scheduling deliveries, ordering stock items, problem solving and providing good customer service.

  • Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner in person and online.
  • Showcase our diverse range of portable buildings and products to potential customers, both on and off the lot.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing inquiries, concerns, and assisting with product selection.
  • Track and follow up with customer leads.
  • Prepare sales agreements with online software to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions.
  • Take customer orders by phone, email, fax or in person.
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and other questions.
  • Awareness of current inventory availability and assist with monthly inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • One-year related experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and homeowners.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend suitable storage solutions based on customers’ needs.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and computer applications.
  • Knowledge of Construction Industry.
