Job Description (The awesome work you’ll get to do):

  • Provide various aspects of support for projects in the bidding and construction phases
  • Maintain, monitor and take action on construction-oriented data including field reports, testing results, construction quantities, payment applications, RFIs, change orders, etc.
  • Own internal communication regarding project work plan, kick off meetings, action items and team assignments
  • Establish all system access for both internal and external project stakeholders (Newforma and Info Exchange as well as others as needed)
Job Requirements (The awesome experience you bring):
  • Experience in Construction (preferred)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with general technical language/terminology
