Delt/Pharmacann Copy is Hiring a Processing Analytics Data Technician Near Denver, CO

This position is responsible for compliantly organizing starting materials in METRC, Counterpoint and Google Sheets for the Extractions, Kitchen & MIP Packaging Teams. This position is responsible for accepting all manifests coming into the MIP ensuring that the transfer was completed compliantly digitally (in METRC & Counterpoint) and physically. This position is responsible for assigning products to their proper Counterpoint rooms based on product type, packaging status and testing status, as well as physically placing products into their assigned areas. This position is responsible for entering infused products such as edibles, topicals and concentrates into Counterpoint and METRC in a timely, efficient, accurate and compliant manner. This position is responsible for adjusting and creating packages in METRC and Counterpoint. 

This position requires a high attention to detail and a more advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets, Counterpoint & METRC. This position provides regular and timely communication with C&S, Analytics, Extractions, Kitchen, MIP Packaging and Distribution management as well as team members within those departments. 

Essential Duties

Data Entry and Systems

Counterpoint data entry & adjustments for Processing products.
METRC data entry and adjustments for Processing products.
Google Sheets data entry and adjustments for MIPS products.
Acceptance of METRC manifests.
Combinations & conversions of packages within METRC/Counterpoint/Google Sheets.
Regular use of Google Sheets.
Assignment of production batch tags for product ready for testing.
Creating Child Packages for Compliant Distribution.
Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented, and that appropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
Validate data provided from Processing Production Teams.

Compliance and Auditing

Ensure company compliance with the MRA regulations.
Assist in physical audits of products and verification of data in Google Sheets, Counterpoint and METRC.

Other Duties 

Assist the C&S & MIPs teams as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Supervision

Works under the direct supervision of the Processing Analytics Manager, also takes direction from managers in the MIPS, C&S and Distribution departments.
This person does not supervise others.

Job Qualifications

Work Experience

Six months to three years of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
General knowledge of marijuana related products (concentrates, edibles & topicals).
One year to three years of data entry experience preferred. 
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Prior experience working in METRC preferred.
Prior experience working in Counterpoint preferred.
Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility. 
General understanding of compliance and regulatory issues regarding medical and recreational marijuana.
Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Labor Marijuana Enforcement Division. 

Education

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Working Conditions 

Able to use a computer for extended periods of time.
Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Regular and on-time attendance.
Strict adherence to assigned shift.
Wear protective clothing & hairnets at all times while in MIP.

$18.75 per hour plus benefits
