As a Cleaner specializing in newly renovated apartments, your primary responsibility will be to prepare these living spaces for occupancy by ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and meticulously maintained. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the appeal of our properties and ensuring our residents have a positive experience from the moment they step through the door.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cleaning of newly renovated apartments, including but not limited to, kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
• Remove construction debris, dust, and other residues from renovation work to ensure the apartments are move-in ready.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including floors, walls, countertops, and fixtures.
• Ensure all appliances are clean, functional, and ready for use by new residents.
• Inspect apartments for any areas that require additional attention or maintenance and report findings to management.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to address any cleaning-related issues or concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices, particularly in post-construction or renovation cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
