As a Cleaner at Delphi Investment Realty Inc, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of our properties in Miami, Florida. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and pristine environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and polish surfaces, including floors, windows, and furniture.
• Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning chemicals.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning.
• Report any maintenance issues or cleaning concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
