Key Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborates with sales team to evaluate client needs, define requirements and solutions that support key business processes.
• Daily ERP implementation activities include requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system design, general consulting, setup, configuration, data mapping/conversion, custom report development, testing, training, and support.
• Assists in identifying exceptions. Participates in process engineering and solution design.
• Work closely with the Lead Consultant on end user and super user training content, documentation and videos.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles.
• Expertise in areas of business operations across multiple industries.
• Up to 15% overnight travel to client’s job site for implementations.
• Contributes to the overall success of projects. Ensure projects delivered fit the client’s business requirements and needs.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of ERP consulting and industry experience.
• Previous experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics Family, Sage Family, MAS Family, QuickBooks, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, XCM Solutions, CCH Practice Management and other comparable ERP Solutions.
• Strong operational, business process and accounting experience is required as relates to ERP solutions.
• Excellent understanding of business practices as related to the following: Accounting (AR, AP, GL, Banking), CRM/Salesforce (Leads, Opportunity, Proposal, Forecasting), Project/Task Management, Sales & Purchase Order Management, Billing, Inventory/Warehouse Management, eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of ERP data structures and processes.
• Strong understanding of how ERP and external systems integrate together.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously, and capable of managing multiple deadlines. Ability to take direction and work independently.
• Results-oriented with self-confidence, perseverance, and a high sense of urgency.
