Must Haves:

-4-5 years of project management experience

-Worked on some SAP integration/implementation projects

-At least $5mm in spend, complexities

-Good communication

-MS Excel

-They use ADO, but they can use any project tracking tool

Plusses:

-PMP certifications, understanding project management methodologies

-Experience working on the AR/AP, banking, finance or treasury aspect of SAP projects

Day to day:

Insight Global’s client is looking for a strong Project Manager to join their team to help support the day to day of the SAP AR/AP, banking, finance and treasury aspect of this large SAP transformation project. On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for looking at the milestones, timelines, when things are due, keeping everyone on track for deliverables, who has the right actions etc. They are looking for someone who can create projects plans, working together and coming up with solutions to keep everything on target. This person will be keeping tabs on what is due today, tomorrow, at the end of the month, etc. They will be running the daily standup calls, making sure everyone is on task, following up with different teams for information. They will be responsible for capturing notes in a meaningful way, being able to understand the banking and financial aspect. As the SAP transformation is currently in China, there will sometimes be early morning calls (not often but occasionally).
